Diagnosis, Therapy, and Rehabilitation
The multifactorial etiology of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) requires comprehensive diagnostic procedures as well as interdisciplinary treatment. This is indispensable – particularly prior to any occlusal rehabilitation – for prophylactic, therapeutic, prognostic, and forensic reasons.
